your family's own encryption key
Household content encrypted with a key unique to your family and stored in Australia. Destroying that key makes the encrypted content unreadable.
your tablet. your family’s day.
Turn a tablet you already own into the family’s wall planner. Calendars, chores, meals and lists, all on one screen in the kitchen.
From A$79 a year. For your whole family.
three things, then it is running
An old iPad or an Android tablet on the kitchen wall, in landscape. Anything with a web browser and a touchscreen becomes the family's planner, so there is no screen to buy from us and nothing to lease. Dedicated iPad and iPhone apps follow shortly after launch, with Android soon after.
Google Calendar in one click, Apple iCloud with a guided setup that explains every step. Everyone's week lands in one view.
Chores, dinners, lists and stars, all on the same screen. Everybody can see what is happening, so nobody has to be told twice.
a look at it
Drawn to show the layout. Big, calm and readable from the other side of the kitchen.
less organising. more living.
Built for a landscape wall tablet first, and responsive enough to use from a phone when you are out.
the quiet part
Household content is encrypted with a key unique to your family.
The database, the photos and the backups stay here. Backups are not copied to another country.
No advertising in the product, and we never pass your information to anybody for their own marketing.
Parent settings sit behind a PIN, and every child has their own permission switches.
bring the tablet you already love
before you ask
Any iPad or Android tablet from the last few years, stood up or mounted in landscape. tend & tally runs in the tablet's web browser, so there is nothing to side-load, and it works on a phone or a computer too.
No. One price covers the whole household — both parents, every child and every screen. Each person gets their own profile on the wall tablet, with their own colour.
Google Calendar and Apple iCloud, both ways. Change something on the wall and it reaches the phone; change it on the phone and it reaches the wall. You can also subscribe to the family calendar from anything that reads an ICS feed.
In Australia. Your household content is encrypted with a key unique to your family, and the backups are not copied to another country. We do not sell your information and there is no advertising anywhere in the product.
Only what you let them. Parent settings sit behind a PIN, and each child has their own permission switches. Chores can need a grown-up's approval before the stars are paid.
Yes — tend & tally can send notifications on Android, on desktop, and on iPhone once you add it to the Home Screen. Apple only allows web notifications to a home-screened site, so that one step is yours to do.
a little less to keep in your head
A shared place for the week, on a tablet you already own.
For families in Australia and New Zealand.
